Shortly before lockdown 2 we went to Fifi’s Brasserie in Maidstone Kent. The food was a real delight.
To start I had thai fish cakes with a dipping sauce. It was presented well and tasted divine. It actually inspired me to make some myself. It was my Birthday so I thought I’d have the burger and chips as a highly calorific treat. It was like no other. The bun was covered in icing sugar which may sound odd but trust me it was delicious and worked really well. It was cooked to perfection and the service was great. Nothing was too much trouble.
Social distancing measures were strict so we felt safe and looked after in that respect. If you are in the area when restaurants re-open I’d definitely recommend a visit.
